During the slowUp, it's not on foot that you rediscover the Alsace vineyards, but by bike! In fact, walking, scootering or rollerblading are all possible. The main thing is to switch off the engines and give pride of place to soft transport.
This eco-responsible event takes place in June, unsurprisingly on the Route des Vins. The host villages offer entertainment throughout the day, guaranteeing a festive atmosphere.
The slowUp has the good idea of combining wine tourism and cycle tourism, and it works perfectly.
La Tournée des Terroirs was the event not to be missed during the 70th anniversary of the Alsace Wine Route (in 2023).
With 15 dates and vineyards to discover, tastings, an ephemeral bar and catering area, a DJ collective and fun workshops, this was truly a unique festival in the heart of the vineyards.
Luckily, the event will be held again!
