Identity

A sparkling wine made from Muscat, modern and intended for consumption on ice (in a large glass, with three ice cubes).

Winemaking

Alcoholic fermentation in vats, followed by maturation on laths prior to marketing.

Dégorgement dosage

Its sugar content of 40 grams per liter will enable it to withstand the dilution of ice cubes.

Eye / Bubbles

Pale yellow color, fine string of bubbles. 

Nose

Intense, fruity and crisp notes, typical of the Muscat grape variety. 

Palate

Clean and round attack, tangy notes.
