Identity
Produced from a selection of the finest of our oldest Pinot Gris plots. Harvested in the Kientzheim-Kaysersberg valley, at the foot of the foothills of the Vosges, this Pinot Gris comes from a terroir of gravel and alluvium. A great wine that transcends a great grape variety.
Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by aging in French oak barrels for several weeks.
Eye
Golden and shiny color.
Nose
Pronounced smoky (roasting) notes.
Palate
Gastronomic cuvée with toasted aromas and notes of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and honey. Delicately spicy finish.
What to eat with Pinot Gris Exception?

It is the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, roasted and stewed white meats, cheeses and citrus desserts. We recommend that you decant this wine to appreciate its complexity.
