This is the result of a parcel selection highlighting the most beautiful of our old Pinot Gris terroirs. Harvested in the valley of Kientzheim-Kaysersberg, at the foot of the sub-Vosgean hills, this Pinot Gris comes from a terroir composed of gravel and alluvium. A great wine that transcends a great grape variety.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by ageing in French oak barrels for several months.
Golden and shiny dress.
Nice smoky, roasted notes. Mineral and fruity freshness at the opening.
Complex, fleshy, harmonious. Ample structure and freshness giving length to this wine.
It is the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, roasted white meats in sauce, the noblest shellfish, offal and cheese. It is recommended to decant this wine to appreciate all its complexity.
