Winemaking
Vinified in stainless steel vats according to the traditional method and without malolactic fermentation, this Crémant is then aged on laths for a minimum of 18 months.
Disgorging dosage
The 6 grams of sugar added at disgorgement allow the quintessence of the product to be expressed.
Eye / Bubbles
Pale gold, lovely string of bubbles.
Nose
Distinctive, aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits (peach, apricot).
Palate
Lively and fresh, perfectly balanced.
