Identity

Made from our best plots of Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc, this Crémant Brut, made only from the heart of the cuvée, combines finesse and generosity

Winemaking

Vinified in stainless steel vats according to the traditional method and without malolactic fermentation, this Crémant is then aged on laths for a minimum of 18 months.

Disgorging dosage

The 6 grams of sugar added at disgorgement allow the quintessence of the product to be expressed.

Eye / Bubbles

Pale gold, lovely string of bubbles. 

Nose

Distinctive, aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits (peach, apricot). 

Palate

Lively and fresh, perfectly balanced.
