This Rosé des Chasseurs de Lune is produced from Pinot Noir, the only red grape variety in Alsace. It is a fresh and greedy wine for your sunniest moments.
WINEMAKING
Short maceration of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by maturing on fine lees.
Pale pink
Nose fond of fresh red fruits such as strawberry or redcurrant.
Delicate and refreshing on the palate, we find with delight the fruity aromas present on the nose.
